Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the store operations;
• Monitor the overall sales performance and service quality of the team;
• Formulate and execute sales plan in order to achieve sales target;
• Ensure smooth daily operation of stores, inventory, stock replenishment, orders and company guidelines implemented in stores;
• Staff planning, coaching and development;
• Provide analysis and recommendations to management team in improving store operations and sales performance; 
• Work closely with different internal departments and pursue timely and effective communication.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holder or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in district operations management, preferably gained from retail and catering industry;
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
• Good leadership skill, communication skill and analytical skill;
• Knowledge of food safety and management;
• Hands-on experience in PC applications of MS Office.
