Responsibilities:

• Will provide warm and friendly assistance and service to guests of the serviced apartment
• Assist guests in checking in/ out and handling incoming phone calls and enquiries
• Provide concierge service to guests
• Carry out room inspection for guests
• Handle guests’ enquiries and complaints
• Ensure efficient cross-departmental communication
• To handle both guest and operational issues effectively

Requirements:

• Experience in hotel or serviced apartment management is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome
• Good communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
• Basic computer skills including MS Word and Excel

*Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior role*
