Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operation of the Call Center
• Plan resource and implement Call Center strategies and operations
• Set KPIs, monitor and motivate performance to achieve sales target, improve productivity and ensure high quality services 
• Review the performance of staff, identify training needs and organize appropriate training sessions
•  Prepare statistical report and performance summaries 

 Job Requirements:

• 5 years of travel agency experience in sales function
• 3 years of working experience in Call Center with 1 year supervisory level is preferred
• Experience in setting up a Call Center is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong business acumen with good communication and coordination skills 
• Good leadership, analytical and problem solving skills
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Call Centre Manager
