Job Duties:

• To operate Tourist Services Counter inside Hong Kong International Airport MTRstations
• Meet and greet tourists, and answer tourists’ enquiries
• Handles sales transactions of theme park tickets, attractions, and transportation (Tourist Day Pass, Airport Express tickets, etc.)

Requirement:

• Form 5 or equivalent
• Reasonable command of spoken & written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Energetic and pleasant reception manner
• Candidate with no customer service experience will also be considered
• Fresh Graduate of Diploma Holder will be considered
• Senior position will be offered to candidate with customer services experience
