Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise daily operations of Housekeeping in all aspects including administration, public area, floor, uniform and linen
• Assist in implementing Housekeeping related policies, procedures and guidelines
• Monitor the team and ensure that appropriate staffing is maintained to meet operational demand
• Monitor stock and supply inventories in relations to departmental budgeting
• Conduct regular inspection and cleaning schedule and provide supervision and guidance in accordance to the standard of the Company
• Prepare relevant periodic reports, statistics and analysis for the review of the management
• Assist in any ad hoc projects and duties as required

Job Requirements

• Degree or above with at least 8 years solid working experience in relevant field
• Pre-opening experience is highly preferred
• Prior working in Macau is a must
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
