Job Responsibilities

• Initiate and execute hotel operations related policies, procedures and guidelines in compliance with the standard of the Company
• Manage in full spectrum all administrative activities in relation to hotel operations such as financial performance, budgeting and manpower allocation
• Manage and ensure smooth operation of Front Office and Housekeeping departments
• Responsible for the provision of quality service while maximize room revenue and productivity
• Manage the team and ensure that appropriate staffing is maintained to meet operational demand
• Drive and participate in operational meetings and the formulation of strategic business plans
• Provide professional advisory services in regards to daily operations such as implementation and solution of corrective measures or resolution to complaints and incidents
• Prepare relevant periodic reports, statistics and analysis for the review of the management
• Assist in any ad hoc projects and duties as required

Job Requirements

• Degree or above with at least 10 years solid working experience in relevant field
• Pre-opening experience is highly preferred
• Prior working in Macau is a must
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
