Key objective is to work in HKG Passenger Sales Team to achieve station revenue target. Foster strong and good relationship as well as build profitable sales of SIA’s products and services with existing and new customers & strategic business partners.  Responsible for sales in specific products, market segments and distribution channels. Managing and analyzing market trend, monitoring competitor activities and responding to customer needs.  

Job Description:

• Assist in strategic planning, monitor route performance & inventory planning
• Monitor the performance of travel agents
• Explore business development and expand sales distribution
• Prepare market survey & competitors’ movement
• Sales visit & support to travel agents
• Assist in fare filing & proposal
• Provide admin support to Sales Department
• Any other duties assigned

What You Should Possess:

• Diploma or Degree Holder, preferably in business-related or travel/hospitality disciplines

• Fluent spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin

• Working experience in Airline/Travel field preferred

• Hands-on skills in PC operation (Word/Excel/Power-point)

• Organised, proactive and self-motivated and with commercial negotiation skills.
