Job Duties:

• Supervise each hotel's housekeeping department to ensure the cleanliness, safeness, hygiene and tidiness of the hotel according to the group standard;

• Plan and execute new strategies for the housekeeping department of the group to increase the effectiveness and guest service satisfactory standard;
  
  
• Develop training strategy for the Housekeeping staff to ensure smooth running of day to day operation of the Housekeeping Department;

• Coordinate inspection or inspect assigned areas to ensure group standards are met;

• To manage, monitor and control inventories, consumption and breakage/damage of operational equipment, cleaning supplies and linen supplies.
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in the hospitality industry with at least 3 years in a managerial position;
  
  
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese;
