Responsibilities:

• In charge of the company sales at supermarket and operations including P&L, delivery and stocks control etc
• Manage the assigned key customers (supermarkets / convenience stores) to achieve sales and profitability targets;
• Manage and supervise a team of merchandisers and promoters to ensure channel distribution growth

• Negotiate with key customers on business terms and sales plans;
• Develop and execute trade promotion activities to maximize sales orders;
• Monitor sales, distribution, in-store activities including shelf presence, point-of-sales materials etc.
• Work closely with Marketing team to develop promotion plans and advertising campaigns;

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business related disciplines
  Knowledge of category management and working experience in dealing with supermarket and convenience stores are preferred;
• Aggressive, Good interpersonal skill, independent, self-motivated and result-oriented;
• Outgoing, presentable, and proactive;
• Good writing skills in both English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Immediate available is highly preferred;
