Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of administration functions and office support
• Responsible for office procurement and stock management

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above, preferably in administration related discipline
• At least 1 year working experience, relevant experience in secretarial area will be an advantage
• Good command of both written & spoken English & Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
