Job Description & responsibilities

We are looking for a sales & operation manager to take a leading role in both business development (via in-store sales and marketing initiatives) and daily operation of our store. You will report to the company’s founder and CEO, Julien de Preaumont, and will work in collaboration with co-founder and Head of Pastry Alexis Watrin. Acting as the CEO’s right hand you will spend most of your time at the store where you’ll be a dynamic and proactive sales person with eyes on both the performance and the operation. You main assignments will be as follow:

> Generate sales from the store:

- Be a dynamic sales person that talks about the product with passion and generate sales

- Initiate marketing initiatives to address the massive traffic of the mall (seasonal products and discount, loyalty programs…)

- Initiate promotions and offers for corporate clients (office meetings, birthdays, farewell)

- Initiate experience-based marketing and promotional offers including workshops

> Smooth our operation models:

- Assist the production team with deliveries from our central kitchen and to the store

- Ensure best in class deliveries to clients (individual customers or corporate customers)

- Ensure high quality service to maximize customer satisfaction

- Ensure best in class visual content to passerby

Requirements

 - 2 to 5 years experience in retail (or sales/marketing environment), ideally in F&B industry

- Willingness to work for an innovative concept and to operate in a “start-up mode"

- Good spoken, written and reading ability in English

- Has integrity, is trustworthy, dependable, responsible, accountable

- Has drive, is proactive, self-motivated, passionate about work, and demonstrates flexibility towards change

- Business thinking (in generating revenue and controlling cost)

- Team player with good communication skills

- Problem solving and decision making skills
