Job Responsibility

• To be trained in U.S. with first class chef in the world for several weeks
• Assist in supervising daily operation in kitchen areas
• Ensure the kitchen performance and quality of food product meets Wolfgang Puck’s standard.
• Provide guidance and training to staff
• Monitor sanitation practices and follow kitchen safety standards 
• Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness and functionality
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Good spoken in English and Chinese
• Strong knowledge and experience in F&B workflow and culinary operation
• Previous leadership experience is required
• Enthusiastic in fine dining and western cuisine
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with problem-solving abilities
