Job Description

• To be trained in U.S. with world famous chef for a couple of weeks before opening (accommodations will be provided)
• Lead the kitchen team
• Develop menus and item pricing, while maintaining food & operation cost
• Maintain a high standard of all food preparation, service and hygiene according to the restaurant standards
• Coordinate in detail of the restaurant, food production, and all specific duties to all kitchen staff
• Identify new culinary techniques and presentations
• Check all set-ups for kitchen functions
• Check the quality of food prepared
• Insist on a uniform visual appearance of all dishes prepared according to the restaurant standards
• Ad-hoc duties assigned

Work location:

• HK International Airport

We prefer a candidate who:

• Creative, energetic and passionate about western cuisine
• 5-6 years in management level
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferred
