Job Description
Benefit: 5 Day work, Bank Holiday, Medical, 12AL
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and consistently handle incoming enquires by phone, email & walk in customers in a positive manner.
- Follow up enquires/ bookings in an efficient, accurate and professional manner
- Assist and support other departments and follow team members if required
Requirements:
- Diploma or University Graduate, major in Tourism field is preferred
- Travel industry knowledge and / or call center sales and service experience is preferred.
- Good command of English & Chinese in both written and oral communication
- Native Mandarin speaking is preferred
- Fresh graduates who looking to establish a career in cruise industry will also be considered
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Words & Excel and Chinese Word processing
- Self-motivated, energetic, passionate and detail-oriented
- Immediate available preferred
