- Diploma or Degree holder in Textile & Clothing or equivalent

- Minimum 10 years solid garment merchandising / manufacturing experience, with at least 5 years in managerial / supervisory level

- Experience in handling high-end brands & outerwear

- Independent, mature and can work under pressure

- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

- Willing to travel to overseas / PRC
