Job Description

• Support planning and daily OSH and ES operations of catering premises for Group F&B
• Conduct OSH and ES internal training
• Support internal OSH and ES inspections, supplier audits and external audits, including drafting reports and corrective action plans
• Handle OSH and ES related incidents, conduct investigation and suggest corrective actions to the group for F&B continual improvements and risk minimization
• Monitor and ensure OSH and sustainability in the group is up to standard in accordance with internal guidelines and local OSH and ES regulations
• Draft, update and maintain internal guidelines, SOPs and training materials from time to time in accordance with local oridinances and regulations
• Maintain OSH and ES e-filing system from time to time
• Attend regular OSH and ES seminar(s) and update related information to the group
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Management of the group

Requirements

• Degree Holder in Occupational Health and Safety, Hygiene and Safety, Environmental Management or related disciplines
• At least 3 years relevant experience in sizable firm, previous working experience in F&B / catering / chain restaurants / hotel environment would be an advantage
• Possess Hygiene Supervisor / Manager Certificate
• Possess Safety Green Card
• Proven track record in handling OSH related incidents and emergencies
• Sound knowledge and experience in the implementation on internal safety management (SMS), food safety management system (FSMS) and related quality assurance system
• Immediate available is highly preferable
