Job Description

• Direct responsible to meet the budget catering revenue for F&B team
• Involve and support in Marketing and Sales activities in F&B team
• Actively solicit catering and event business opportunity for F&B
• Assist in preparing annual revenue catering budget for F&B team
• Prepare proper arrangement for wedding Expos and in-house wedding fairs, handle and design promotion activities
• Forecast and monitor sales and covers in all Group F&B venues on monthly basis
• Review sales status with catering sales team from time to time
• Update the event order and functions with respective F&B venues from time to time
• Supervise all sales activities, ensure enquiries are promptly handled, budgeted food cost percentage is maintained and tentative bookings are followed up
• Handle and share with management for all the guests comments and complaints
• Conduct hands on training with the catering sales team

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Hotel & Catering
• A minimum of 7 year's relevant working experience in hospitality industry
• Customer-orientated mentality, self-confident and energetic
• Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Mature, diligent and can work under pressure
• Proactive, Positive attitude, self-motivated and be good team player
• Immediate available is highly preferable
