Job Description

 Responsibilities

  • Report to Chief Operating Officer and General Manager.
  • Responsible for overseeing all culinary functions;
  • Accountable for overall success of the daily kitchen operations and cost control;
  • Ensure consistent, high quality food production and maximizes the financial performance in all areas of responsibility;
  • Maintain the stock control of food and materials for daily usage;
  • Inspire and develop the chef teams in all areas to ensure ongoing development.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 20 years’ relevant experience in Italian Restaurant;
  • Ability to maintain high levels of food quality, consistency and hygiene;
  • To be self-motivated to learn and improve personal knowledge to the benefit of the guests and to the Restaurant;
  • Excellent Leadership, team building and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English. Cantonese is an advantage;
  • Applicants must hold a valid Hong Kong ID or Work Permit.
