Job Description
Responsibilities
- Report to Chief Operating Officer and General Manager.
- Responsible for overseeing all culinary functions;
- Accountable for overall success of the daily kitchen operations and cost control;
- Ensure consistent, high quality food production and maximizes the financial performance in all areas of responsibility;
- Maintain the stock control of food and materials for daily usage;
- Inspire and develop the chef teams in all areas to ensure ongoing development.
Requirements:
- At least 20 years’ relevant experience in Italian Restaurant;
- Ability to maintain high levels of food quality, consistency and hygiene;
- To be self-motivated to learn and improve personal knowledge to the benefit of the guests and to the Restaurant;
- Excellent Leadership, team building and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed;
- Fluency in written and spoken English. Cantonese is an advantage;
- Applicants must hold a valid Hong Kong ID or Work Permit.
