• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in top quality and renowned establishment, experience in Chinese Cuisine is an advantage
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations of the Reception area through effective handling of guests’ reservations, maximizing sales and controlling the flow of guests
• Ensure guests are greeted cheerfully and seated in timely manner by the team
• Welcome guests daily and answer the telephone in a warm and professional tone
• Must present a neat and professional appearance
• Possess outgoing and cheerful personality with excellent presentation skills
• Effective communication in both English and Chinese
