The incumbent is responsible to coordinate all LEAN activities and resources in Hong Kong Customer Service Centre.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for LEAN related Project Management and administrations
• Assist to set up LEAN related target
• Support and coordinate all the LEAN activities such as Food Utilization and Productivity Improvement Project
• Promote LEAN culture in the company
• Update related system and track Project progress
• Ensure all LEAN activities can adherence to deadlines

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in any disciplines
• 2 years relevant experience in LEAN / continuous improvement activities 
• Proficient in English & Chinese
• Good knowledge in MS Office (especially in Excel and Powerpoint)
• Strong analytical skills and detail mindedness
• Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Good team player and able to work independently
