Responsibilities:

• Assist RM to oversee the day to day operations of the Restaurant but not limited to proper scheduling, assigning of duties, housekeeping, repair & maintenance of restaurants.
• Execution for the process improvement to enhance business performance and cost control
• Deliver high-quality service to the customers
• Assist RM to Identify areas where service can be improved and finding practical solutions
• Sociable and able to interact with customers with a strong sense of hospitality and passion

Requirements:

• 3 years or above and related F&B experience in Chinese Food & Beverage Operation
• Good interpersonal and Communication skills
• Customer service orientated, good team spirit
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin 
• Passionate, independent and willing to take the initiative to help others.
• Less experience will be considered as Senior Supervisor.
