Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing managers’ schedule and travel arrangement
• Prepare meeting materials and room set-up
• Handle departmental administrative duties, such as leave and petty cash administration, filing and scanning, event order and bill payments
• Prepare presentation materials and compile statistical reports
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or above, with 1-3 years working experience
• Fresh graduated will also be considered
• Independent, well-organized, able to work under pressure and good communication skill
• Able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks independently
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Chinese word processing
• Immediately availability is highly preferred
