Job Purpose:

You are responsible for recruiting quality professionals to support the Bank’s new initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a full spectrum of recruitment function
• Develop new effective recruitment channels to attract quality candidates to join the Bank
• Liaise with line managers and manage external recruitment vendors
• Support recruitment-related analysis and ad-hoc projects
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration / Human Resources / Psychology
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in sizable companies
• Familiar with Employment Ordinance of HKSAR
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Energetic, pleasant, detail-minded with tactful negotiation skill
• Team-player and able to work independently
• Immediate available and with experience in recruiting IT/ Project professionals is highly preferred
