You are the person to provide on-the-job training to all new hired employee well as enhanced current employees soft skill to keep everyone up-to-date on changes in the business that affect job requirements.  This role works with our Greater China Team.

Job Responsibility

• Identify store training needs according to sales performance and by cooperation with Operations team
• Foundation training courses delivery in stores
• Work out monthly training plan and ensure training implementation in store continually
• Training evaluation and result follow up
• Brand seasonal product training support
• Training logistics work preparation and documents filing
• Assist training manager on development of training programs

   Job Requirements

• Over 8 years with significant experience in a training field in Luxury Fashion industry.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Excellent, writing, presentation and communication skills.
• Strong organization, communications and people management skills
