Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Support sales team and handle administration work
- Responsible to handle client enquiries
- Support store administration and manage warehouse inventory
- Follow up customer orders and courier arrangement
- Other tasks as per management requirement
Requirements:
- Form 6 or above
- At least 2 years proven working experience
- Experience in accounting or chartered secretary will be a great advantage
- Independent, well-organized, proactive, good communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong IT knowledge (MS Office tools, social media and internet applications) to support our digital marketing
- Good command of spoken and written English & Cantonese
- Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility, capable to meet tight deadlines
