Main Responsibilities:

• Support sales team and handle administration work
• Responsible to handle client enquiries
• Support store administration and manage warehouse inventory
• Follow up customer orders and courier arrangement
• Other tasks as per management requirement

Requirements:

• Form 6 or above
• At least 2 years proven working experience
• Experience in accounting or chartered secretary will be a great advantage
• Independent, well-organized, proactive, good communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong IT knowledge (MS Office tools, social media and internet applications) to support our digital marketing
• Good command of spoken and written English & Cantonese
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility, capable to meet tight deadlines
