Job Description

Job Purpose:

You are responsible for handling customer feedback and complaints received by the Bank in timely manner and in compliance with both internal and external guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Attend Customer Suggestions Hotline, handle customer feedback and/or complaints received through various channels and prepare responses to the customers
  • Coordinate with business and support functions to investigate the root cause and to collect facts/evidence, and to resolve the issues according to guidelines and procedure
  • Identify opportunities in the process for continuous service improvement purposes
  • Promote higher quality of service standards by conducting SQ sharing session with frontline staff or through other activities to reinforce the service mindset

Requirements 

  • Degree or diploma holder with minimum 3 years’ working experience in hotline and/or customer services and/or complaint handling, preferably in banking or insurance industry
  • Patient with good customer service attitude
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Manager
