Job Description
Our clients are well-known state-owned enterprise. They are now looking fora high calibre candidates to fill up the following position
Responsibilities
- Lead the projects and activities of corporate finance and advisory services, and participate in client servicing and marketing
- Ensure the compliance of all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including the proper documentation of all operations, policies and procedures
- Play a supervising role in execution of financial advisory projects including undertaking due diligence, resolving issues, site visits, management and third parties interviews, as well as liaising with the relevant regulatory authorities
Requirements
- SFC RO for Type 6
- Bachelor degree or above in accounting, finance or related disciplines
- Minimum of 3 - 6 years solid experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, and/or business development. Strong project management and evaluation skills are essential
- Analytical, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to lead teamwork with a collaborative approach to business
- Fluent English and Mandarin is required
