工作責任：

•為期貨交易帳戶的客戶提供客戶服務

•處理客戶查詢, 帳戶開立等

•在需要時協助公司的其他運營職責, 如香港期貨交易所的結算、對接等

要求：

• 至少2年的有关客戶服務經驗

• 熟悉香港期貨交易所的結算和運營程序

• 大學畢業於商業，金融或相關專業為優
• 良好的中英文寫作能力和打字，良好的電腦技巧(word, excel, power point, etc.)
• 流利口語普通話，粵語和英語（歡迎母語普通話）
• 靈活和願意學習，良好的團隊合作精神

Title: Customer Service Staff

Job duties:

• Provide client service to customers of futures trading account
• Handle client enquiry and account opening
• Assist in the company’s other operation duties when needed, such as settlement and related matters with the Hong Kong Futures Exchange

 Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ related experience in customer service
• Familiar with settlement and operations procedure with Hong Kong Futures Exchange
• University graduate in Business, Finance or related disciplines preferred
• Good written and typing skills in Chinese & English, good computer skills (word, excel, chart, power point, etc.)
• Fluent in spoken Mandarin, Cantonese & English (native Mandarin speaker is welcome)
• Flexible and willing to learn, good team player and self-motivated with a strong sense of  responsibility
