Responsibilities:

• Assist in soliciting information required to handle enquiries from major government officials on financial matters
  
• Co-ordinate the system enhancement / releases / problem solving
• Review Fixed Assets Application and reconcile with the approved budget
• Co-ordinate with Sales and Operations departments on all matters relating to Bank Guarantee and Parent Company Guarantee

Requirements:

• University degree or High school diploma or equivalent (Preferably with BBA or Diploma in Management Studies)
• At least 5 years of relevant experience 
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office applications
• Demonstrate excellent English and Chinese writing skills
