Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Group Chief Engineer and General Manager and assist in planning, executing and controlling all engineering works for the hotel
• Manage and supervise all repair and maintenance works inside the hotel and communicate with the Corporate office to ensure the consistency in corporate standard
• Lead a team of duty engineers, technicians to deliver quality mechanical and electrical facilities for the hotel
• Coordinate strategic plans with designers and consultants on project basis
• Ensure the compliance of all statutory regulations on safety and fire requirements
• Keep abreast of latest technology and engineering development in the industry
  
  

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Building Service or related discipline
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade B or above) and familiar with Hong Kong Government Licensing Regulations
• Minimum 5year’s experience in a similar capacity of hotel industry or building facility maintenance preferred.
• Sound knowledge on operation and maintenance, renovation practices and related local ordinances
• Well organized, good communications, interpersonal and supervisory skills
• Able to meet deadline and work under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua is a plus
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Chief Engineer
