Responsibilities 

• Design flow, features, contents and live events
• Change requirement into specifications and communicate with development team
• Work with internal and external parties for development and operations
• Define test case and participate in QA process
• Perform data analysis to understand user behavior and optimize the products
• Understand market trend and raise ideas to achieve company target
• Explore business opportunities
• Handle Ad-hoc projects

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in related disciplines is preferred
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in related industry
• Flexible, multi-tasking, and able to deal with ambiguity and changes
• Be a good team player, meaning to be willing to help teammates and share knowledge with each other and grow as a team
• Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism
• Knowledge with digital technologies, mobile, internet, social and game
• Experience in web / app development will be an advantage
• Programming knowledge is definitely a plus
• Proficient written and spoken Chinese and English
