Job Description
The appointee is expected to carry out general administrative duties for Division of Continuing and Professional Education. Major duties include: (a) assisting in the day-to-day operation of the programmes, including but not limited to programme promotion, student recruitment and admissions, student record updating, and organisation of student activities; (b) liaising with internal and external parties (including staff, students and external bodies) and handling enquiries and complaints; (c) compiling information and figures and maintaining database / file records; and (d) providing supports to ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor(s).
Minimum Requirements:

(i) Holder of Higher Diploma or Associate Degree with preferably 2 years of related experience; OR (ii) Possession of HKCEE 5 passes including English Language (at least Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007) and Chinese Language (at least Level 2 from 2007), or at least 5 subjects attaining Level 2 in HKDSE including English Language and Chinese Language with more work experience will also be considered;

Effective interpersonal and multi-tasking skills;

Able to work under tight schedule;

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and
- Proficient in MS Office applications (English and Chinese)
