The appointee will be responsible for day-to-day coordination and administrative support for academic programmes offered by the College of International Education (CIE). Major duties include providing administrative support to: a) programme admission and class scheduling; b) examination and graduation matters; c) committee work; d) outreach activities with secondary schools; and e) supervision of frontline staff. He/She will also be required to provide academic support to teaching staff and students.  

Minimum Requirements: 

• Degree holder with at least one year of related experience;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Effective communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills;
• Proficiency in computer applications; and
• Experience in information system support, webpage development and maintenance is desirable.

Initial appointment for the above post will be made on a fixed-term contract of one year. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. 

The appointee will be required to serve on the Shatin Shek Mun Campus of the College of International Education.
