User Services Section

The appointee will provide first-line Help Desk and Hotline services on IT matters to the University community. In addition to answering hotline and email enquiries, solving users' IT related problems, fulfilling service requests, providing IT advice and managing reported cases in IT Service Management System, he/she will also assist in supporting the daily operations of User Computer Centres and other regular and/or ad-hoc duties. Shift duties are required.

Applicants should possess a Diploma/Higher Certificate in Computer Science/Information Technology or other related discipline, with at least one year of work experience in providing user support. Good written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua), empathy with users’ needs, willingness to learn and eagerness to contribute in a team are essential.
