Responsibilities

• Daily communication with Japan head quarter, mills, suppliers and factories
• Ensuring an effective arrangement of fabric and trim and making constant punctual delivery.
• Material arrangement for garment samples and bulk production
• Monitoring orders status until goods delivered

Requirements

• Degree in Textile/Clothing studies is preferable
• Min. 5 years in sports apparel industry of both woven and knitted .
• Experienced in working with fabric mills and garment suppliers
• Strong technical knowledge in woven fabric / knit fabric is a MUST
• Ability to work with Japanese in head quarter and overseas mills and factories independently.
• Mature, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Good command of written and spoken Japanese, English and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in MS office (Excel. Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Trip to Japan, China mainland,Taiwan, Asian and off-shore countries is required.
• Knowledge of the trade business is preferred.
• Immediate available is preferred.
