Responsibilities

• Daily communication with Japan head quarter and factories
• Factory Control : production status, shipment , product quality, CSR matters
• Negotiation with factory(capacity, price, etc)
• Production material delivery schedule preparation and monitoring
• Monitor factory capacity; take measures and actions to ensure production targets are met on time
• Anticipate production problems and recommend action plans
• Follow up shipping documents and packaging instructions according to markets requirement

Requirements

• Degree holder in Supply Chain, Manufacturing or relevant discipline
• Min. 5 years in supply planning and inventory management experience in global supply chain
• Enough knowledge in production planning and management
• Ability to work with Japanese in head quarter and overseas mills and factories independently.
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Good command of English and Mandarin.
• Japenese speaking is preferable
• Proficiency in MS office (Excel. Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Trip to Japan, China mainland , Asian and off-shore countries is required.
• Knowledge of the trade business is preferred.
• Immediate available is preferred.
