Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall coordination and management
• Supervise daily construction works and ensure the workmanship and quality is up to required standard and in compliance with the working drawings
• Ensure the specification, procedures, schedules and quality controls are strictly followed
• Identify potential construction-related issues or contractual disputes and provide appropriate solutions
• To monitor overall financial, commercial, contractual and technical matters for current project
• Monitor site progress and implement safety measures

Requirements

• Degree or above in Electronics Engineering or other related Engineering disciplines
• Minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience in building construction management major in roles on contractor side including at least 10 years of experience as Project Manager
  
• Good communication, project coordination and leadership skills
• Proactive, drive to success and able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with lesser experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Project Manager - ELV
