The role of the Solution Expert will provide consulting service for the Turnkey Project in Asia Pacific region . The Solution Expert will partner with the Sales team to understand the needs of our clients/potential clients and to provide the Elekta solution design (e.g. bunker design) to ensure Elekta site readiness for installation of Elekta machine(s) and software.

He/she will prepare the necessary documents and technical drawings for tender and local government / hospital process. In order to understand the needs of the clients, he/she will attend client meeting together with the sales account managers. Besides, he/she will also need to work closely with Project Management team, RA & QA team and Commercial Logistic team to ensure client’s requirements are properly communicated and managed internally.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attend client meeting with sales account managers to understand client’s needs.
• Support the account managers during the project acquisition process for Design-Build Turnkey opportunities.
• Communicate with clients and their representatives, including building owners, mechanical contractors, subcontractors, and field support staff.
• Provide bunker design and Elekta solution package to the clients.
• Ensure the readiness of client’s environment for the installation of Elekta machines.
• Prepare documents and technical drawing for tender and local government / hospital process.
• Work closely with Project Management team so that PM team can implement the project smoothly during project implementation phase.
• Work closely RA & QA team and Commercial Logistic team to ensure client’s requirement are properly communicated and managed.
• Provide marketplace feedback, including competitive information, customer expectations, industry trends, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management or IT or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in medical devices / large-scale machinery / medical IT solution industry.
• Knowledge in Turnkey is a must.
• Ability to use appropriate manner, personality, and outlook to effectively work with customers to solve their problems.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent spoken English.
• Ability to function in a team environment.Ability to meet short-and long-term deadlines.
• Able to travel for around 50% of time within Asia Pacific.
