Responsibilities

1. Assist in the development and revision of the overall information development plan of the Group, the annual plan/budget co-ordination management, and performance management.
2. Responsible for drafting the Group's unified information structure, management system processes, standards, and supervising implementation.
3. Responsible for coordinating and implementing IT management and control of the Group and business segments.
4. Responsible for the docking of the planning work of the higher authorities.
   Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.

1. 協助開展集團信息化發展規劃和年度計劃的編制工作和預算統籌管理工作、績效管理。
2. 負責制定集團統一的信息化總體架構、管理制度流程、標準規範，並監督執行。
3. 負責配合並落實集團及二級單位IT管控工作。
4. 負責上級機關規劃相關工作的對接和落實。
5. 完成上級交辦的其他工作。

Requirements

1. Full-time Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, electronic engineering, etc.
2. More than 5 years of relevant work experience, familiar with information planning, TOGAF enterprise structure.
3. Have strong problem analysis and resolution ability, communication and coordination ability, and written ability.
4. Good  command in spoken and written English.

1. 全日制本科及以上學歷，計算機、電子工程等相關專業。
2. 5年以上相關工作經驗。
3. 熟悉企業信息化規劃、TOGAF企業架構，有較強的問題分析解決能力、溝通協調能力及文字綜合能力。
4. 具備良好的英語能力。
5. 具有良好的職業操守和敬業精神，作風正派，遵紀守法，廉潔奉公。
