Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional service to the customers of E-shop
- Handle and follow up customers' enquiries and complaints from different channels
- Monitor and improve the customer service standard of frontline shops
- Follow up any other project as assigned
Requirements:
- University degree holder
- 4 years or above relevant experience, preferably in luxury retail industry
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Self-motivated and passionate in personalized service
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Competent computer skill, especially in Excel and PowerPoint presentation
- 9 hours per day with shift duty on 9:00-18:00 / 11:00-20:00 / 14:00-23:00 and etc.
- 8 days leave per month which are irregular and includes all rest days and public holidays
