Responsibilities

• Support finance team in managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Perform daily accounting operations, including reconciliation of accounts and bank balances, data entry in ERP system, voucher preparation and issuing statement of accounts
• Assist in month end closing and preparation of month end schedule
• Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management

Requirements

• 1 years or above solid accounting experience (Fresh graduate will also be considered)
• Diploma in Accounting or related discipline
• Sound knowledge in MS office application
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
