• Support Business Manager to manage corporate revenue with weekly and monthly reports such as forecast, variance report, backlog + shipments, and billing reports
• Manage and maintain reports on SharePoint (i.e. approved ship and debit, price log, demand forecast)
• Ad hoc reports to provide data analysis for business decisions or customer negotiations
• Seasoned and independent office administrator to serve an office of 10 – 12 employees, reception, mail handling, travel booking, event planning, facility management, etc.
• Basic HR function to coordinate recruiting, onboard process, and ongoing personnel management tasks
• General office procurement function for vendor search, negotiate quote, and placing orders
• Light bookkeeping of office expenses, employee expense reports, petty cash, etc.

Qualification

• University degree in Business with concentration in Accounting or Marketing, 2-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in managerial accounting in semiconductor industry
• Experience with CRM or ERP experience a plus
• Fast learner, proactive problem solver, analytical, self autonomous, can-do attitude ready to roll sleeves, detail oriented and organizational
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, online file sharing (SharePoint, Dropbox), advanced and solid Excel skill sets a MUST (advanced formula like pivot table, VLOOKUP, Macro)
• Cantonese speaker fluent in English, conversational in Mandarin
