Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily bank payment to various, including issuing cheque, CHATS and TT through online banking ,assist to handle client inquires for bank fund/in out
• Perform general accounting duties such as preparing daily vouchers, data entry, documents filing, bank reconciliation ,month-end/year-end process, assist year-end audit etc
• Assist senior accountants in preparing monthly report and FRR report
• To perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements: 

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Minimum 1 years’ commercial financial accounting experience, familiarized with Securities/Futures business is highly preferred, less experience will be also considered
• Proficient with Excel applications and knowledge of Sunsystem Accounting system is an advantage
• A team player with proactive attitude, detail minded, able to work under pressure
• Good command of written & spoken English andChinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Immediate available is preferred
