Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily accounting functions including A/R, A/P and general ledger
• Prepare accounts breakdown, schedules and reconciliations
• Handle daily cash transactions and make bank deposits
• Responsible for data entry, voucher preparing and invoice issuing
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
• Assist in loan disbursements, collections and refunds

Requirements:

• F.5/DSE or above with LCCI Intermediate level
• 1-2 years of accounting experience preferably in financial service industry
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel operation
• Good communication and presentation skills, independent and able to work under pressure
• To handle ad-hoc assignments as required
• Immediate available is highly preferable
