Job Responsibilities:

• Support AR and AP daily operations
• Prepare the aging reports
• Ensure timely booking processing of supplier invoices and expenses claims
• Prepare journal entries for vendors/ customers
• Arrange approval for invoices and payments, verify bank receipts and match customer invoices upon payment receipts
• Handle inter-company transactions & accounts reconciliations
• Prepare account analysis
• Maintain fixed asset register
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments

Job Requirements:

• Degree/ High Diploma holder in Accounting or related discipline
• Student member/ member of HKICPA or other professional accounting bodies
• Minimum 5 years solid experience in handling GL, A/R, A/P and financial reporting
• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented and well organized, able to work independently and meet tight deadline 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a good team player
• Proficient in MS Office, experience in using Flex and SAP system will be an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Immediate available is preferred
