Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Central

Employment type: Full Time

Salary: $16,000

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all-round Channel Services & General Administration Duties
• Provide office administration supports including training scheduling, contact vendors, handle general enquiries, deliveries and greet visitors
• Assist manager dealing with channels and clients related matters, respond to channel inquiries, assist products research.
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management
• No Direct Sales required

Requirements

• Associate degree or above in any discipline
• 1-2 years relevant working experience, experience in admin or insurance industry is preferred
• Holder of IIQE Exam (Paper I & III) qualifications is preferred
• Good communication skills and good command of spoken Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
• Pleasant personality, mature, detail-oriented, self-motivated, committed team player
• Proficiency in MS office and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediately availability is preferred (Starts on June)
