Responsibilities:

• Assist Managing Director in full spectrum of executive and secretarial support;
• Manage and organize daily schedules, personal appointments and business meetings;
• Assist Managing Director on all levels whether personal or company related matters;
• Prepare correspondence, presentations, meeting materials, business proposals and reports;
• Provide support on travel arrangement, hotel accommodation, expenses claims and market research;
• Handle ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent;
• 1-3 years relevant working experience;
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility, reliable, organized, detail-oriented and good interpersonal skills;
• Ability to multi-task and to work under pressure;
• Good / satisfactory command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese WP;
• Immediate available is preferred.
