Job Description

The Role

Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the People Analytics Director for Businesses, Global Functions and GSC, this role is responsible for managing the People information initiatives in a multi country scope for one of our businesses, having as end users and stakeholders the Human Resources Senior Vice President as well as the HR Vice Presidents for this organization, distributed across different geographic regions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive the evolution of the Analytics function and support the digital transformation of the HR organization,  focusing on insights, visualization and efficiency as main deliverable and critical success factors
  • Deliver regular business intelligence reports, design recommendations and alerts.
  • Design and deliver Quarterly Business Review & Key Performance Indicators.
  • Design and deploy predictive models to anticipate business needs and unveil impact drivers for the organization.
  • Prepare and publish Annual HR reports (legal reports, annual reports, HR audit etc)
  • Provide Transversal peers support & technical training for People Analytics topics.
  • Create and manage projects for analytics initiatives.
  • Promote and ensure that our Data Quality Framework and other data management are the initiatives used as the model that secures the accuracy and reliability of business analysis.
  • Update our Human Resources Master Data and its supporting infrastructure using corporate guidelines (This covers data entry - update activities, as well as master data maintenance and adjustment)
  • Animation of the People Analytics and HRBP networks.

 

REQUIREMENTS: 

Education

  • Professional Degree in Business Management: Human Resources, Finance or  General Management. With a strong technical foundation and experience in data management and/or Business Intelligence – Analytics solutions for business.

OR

  • Professional degree in Information Systems, Computer Science,  Systems engineer, Information for Business management or similar with portable skills or competencies. A strong background in business management, preferable in the Human Resources Domain and with experience in Business Intelligence – Analytics solutions for business.

 

Experience(s)

  • Strong understanding of ERP platforms and Data Analytics tools.  First-hand experience working with Business Analytics platforms and Analytics tools & programming languages. For example, OBIEE, SAS, R, HANA, Business Objects, Tableau,  Alteryx, R, Python and similar. Experience on this area within the HR domain are a plus.
  • Solid and proven experience leading Business Intelligence, Business Analytics programs or Transformational initiatives. Proven record leading change management initiatives across multidisciplinary and cross geographical teams. Proven capacity using predictive modeling techniques.
  • Highly skilled at manipulating, transforming, and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources.  Advanced Data management skills in MS Excel.
  • Good client management skills, with a strong grasp of both technical and business perspectives. Capacity to interact with a different array of stakeholders in matrix oriented organizations - from senior business executives to technical leaders on different domains and functions.
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills, spoken and written. Need to be able to translate complex topics into simple concepts that could be digested by a broad and diverse audience. Use Storytelling as main channel of communication.
  • 12-month contract
