Job Description

Our client is an Electronic Manufacturer which is now seeking a candidate for their development 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR duties including Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Talent Management, Organisation Development and Employee’s Relation
  • Provide HR advice and support to all team managers, understanding business operation and departmental needs for manpower planning, talent acquisition and retention
  • Review, update and implement HR policies and programs, with compliance with local legislation and Corporate requirements
  • Actively involvement in ad-hoc assignments to support the Company’s business goals
  • Compile & consolidate HR reports and statistical analysis for management review

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources or related disciplines with minimum 3 years of experience in the HR Management
  • Previous experience in trading or Japanese company is a plus
  • Well organised and ability to manage multiple tasks within a tight deadline
  • Excellent communication in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Japanese speaking is an advantage
  • Proficient in using MS Office including Word, Excel 

 

  • Benefits:
  • Salary: 23K - 29K (Base on experience)
  • Working Hours: 5 days’ work (09:00 – 17:45)
  • Annul Leave: 7 Days - 14 Days
  • Location: Hung Hom 
  • With Double pay, Discretionary Bonus, MPF, Medicals,Company have extra 4-5 days company holiday every year
