Job Requirements
- Form 5 or above, preferably with certificate
- 1-2 years relevant experience in sales order follow up
- Experience in trading or manufacturing background
- Well-versed in using MS Word, Excel and Chinese WP
- Detail-oriented, team player, flexible and responsible
- Immediate available is a definite advantage
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate order processing with customers and China factories
- Assist in preparing sales documents such as invoice and purchase orders
- Provide support on daily operation, data input and delivery arrangement
